ABOUT

HARRY’S STORY
At 12, Harry lost his dad to suicide. He spent over a decade hiding that truth, through school, university and early jobs, never letting anyone in. That changed when he saw a CALM campaign, just as he started a new role in a new city. Speaking about it for the first time showed him how powerful honest conversations can be - and how rarely we’re given the space or safety to have them, especially as men.Since then, preventing suicide has become his life’s mission. He believes we need to do far more to create environments where people feel safe and supported long before reaching breaking point. That’s why he speaks on mental health, suicide, and masculinity, and why he founded a global workplace wellbeing company that partners with leading organisations to support their people better. Whether he’s sharing his story on stage or working with leadership teams, everything he does comes back to this purpose: making sure fewer people feel like they have no way out.
HARRY’S ADHD DIAGNOSIS
While losing his father has shaped Harry’s life in profound ways, so has the way he experiences the world. For as long as he can remember, he’s thought differently - driven, restless, full of ideas. It wasn’t until his late 20s that he was diagnosed with ADHD. That moment gave him a language and a lens that finally made sense of things he had struggled with for years.Getting that diagnosis changed how he lives and works. It helped him stop trying to fit into systems that weren’t built for minds like his, and instead create ways of working that bring out his strengths. But it also opened his eyes to how many others are still battling silently - misunderstood, mislabelled, masking. That’s why he speaks about ADHD and neurodiversity, especially in the context of mental health: to make these conversations more visible, more human, and more accepted - particularly at work, where difference should be recognised as potential, not a problem.

Corin & Co evolved into Elevo. Bigger vision, stronger team, same mission.
Raised in the coastal town of St Ives, Cornwall - beautiful, remote, and often isolating.
At 12 years old, I lost my dad to suicide. Life changed forever.
Finished university while hiding a silent battle with my mental health.
Started work at The Royal Mint. Outward success, inward struggle - including suicidal thoughts.
Left The Royal Mint and joined KIND, a start-up with purpose. Still masking the truth.
CALM’s Project 84 campaign stopped me in my tracks. I wasn’t as alone as I thought.
Started therapy. Finally faced what I’d spent over a decade avoiding.
I stayed - and what started as speaking openly turned into leading mental health across the entire Mars business.
Left my job to focus launch Corin & Co – a mental health training and consultancy. Mars became our first client.
Finally understood a lot about myself. My brain made sense - for the first time.
Corin & Co evolved into Elevo. Bigger vision, stronger team, same mission.
